Ambient Multifunctional Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) (Park System NX10) 大气环境多功能原子力显微镜(主要用于微纳米尺度形貌、力/电/磁等物性的局域测量表征) 除常规成像模式外,具有开尔文显微术、多频静电力显微术、压电力显微术、导电原子力显微术、扫描微波显微术等多种高级功能,特别是本课题组自主发展的一些先进模式,可以用于一些特殊功能成像。 |

UHV Variable-Temperature Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM) (RHK, PanScan Cryogen-Free LT-STM/AFM) (STM, qPlus-STM/AFM; Atomic Structures and Properties) 超高真空变温扫描探针显微镜(无液氦干式制冷,主要用于原子尺度结构、电子态等的研究) 除常规STM成像外,还具有扫描隧道谱、qPlus-AFM等功能;系统具有精细可控变温功能,非常适用于量子材料的相变研究。 |
